A strategy-based technical game where participants make decisions using their knowledge of AI, Data Science, algorithms, technologies, and real-world scenarios. Teams receive virtual credits and must use them wisely to maximize their final score.

CHALLENGE STAGES

STAGE 1

Stage 1 — Tech Quiz

Answer short questions on AI, Data Science, algorithms, programming, and emerging technologies to earn initial virtual credits.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 — Technology Bidding

Teams use their credits to bid on technology cards, scenarios, or algorithm choices. Each decision carries a different reward or risk.

STAGE 3

Stage 3 — Final Investment

Teams use their remaining credits on a final technical scenario. The best combination of knowledge, strategy, and risk management wins.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members.
  • Each team receives the same starting amount of virtual credits.
  • Only materials and information provided by coordinators may be used.
  • Credits earned or lost during each stage affect the final score.
  • The team with the highest final score wins.

SCORING AND EVALUATION

  • Credits accumulated across Quiz, Bidding, and Final Investment rounds.
  • Judges and coordinators verify final point tally; highest total score wins.

GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES

Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.

All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.

Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.

Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.

All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.

Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.

Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.

Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.

Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.
