GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES
Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.
All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.
Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.
Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.
All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.
Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.
Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.
Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.
Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.

Registration & Fee What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee for an individual participant is only ₹250. It is an all-inclusive single pass that covers your participation in events, lunch and refreshments, and an official participation certificate.
Events & Rules How many events can a team participate in?
A single team can participate in only one department. Within that department, a team can take part in exactly 2 technical events and 1 non-technical event. The team cannot participate in events from other departments.
Registration & Fee Who is eligible to participate in VIYUGAM 2K26?
Undergraduate and postgraduate students from any recognized engineering college, university, or polytechnic institution are eligible. Students from all branches and all academic years (1st through 4th year) are welcome.
Events & Rules Are inter-college and inter-department teams allowed?
Yes, team members can belong to different colleges. However, each team must participate in only one department, and can enter up to 2 technical events and 1 non-technical event within that department. You can indicate your team name during registration or at the check-in desk.
Registration & Fee How do I pay and verify my registration?
The registration fee per individual participant is ₹250. Submit your details on the Register page, then proceed to the Payment page. Complete your payment via the official UPI QR code and enter your UTR / transaction reference number. Your registration status will be confirmed once verified.
