CHALLENGE STAGES

STAGE 1

Stage 1 — Research & Submit

Submit final PPT and 3-page paper write-up before the deadline.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 — Present (7 minutes)

Deliver the presentation using a maximum of 7 slides.

STAGE 3

Stage 3 — Defend (3 minutes)

Answer technical questions from the panel of judges.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Maximum 4 members per team.
  • Final PPT plus 3-page paper write-up must be submitted before the deadline.
  • Maximum 7 slides.
  • Presentation: 7 minutes presentation plus 3 minutes Q&A.
  • Content must be original; plagiarism leads to disqualification.

SCORING AND EVALUATION

  • Scored out of 100 based on innovation, technical clarity, presentation delivery, and defense.

GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES

Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.

All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.

Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.

Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.

All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.

Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.

Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.

Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.

Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.
