CHALLENGE STAGES

STAGE 1

Stage 1 — On-Spot Problem Statement Selection

Based on the given themes, participants will be provided with problem statements on the spot to analyse requirements, target users, and problem context.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 — Develop Prototype Model

Develop an innovative solution and create a working prototype/model within the given time using permitted software and AI technologies.

STAGE 3

Stage 3 — Presentation

Present the idea and demonstrate the working prototype to judges, explaining the problem, solution, tech stack, and real-world applications.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Participants can participate individually or as a team (maximum 4 members).
  • Problem statements will be provided on the spot by organizers; choose only one.
  • Pre-made complete projects or previously developed solutions are strictly prohibited.
  • Plagiarism, direct copying of existing projects, and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited.
  • Participants must be able to explain and demonstrate the working of their prototype.
  • Participants must submit/show their working prototype within the given time limit.
  • Participants must bring their own laptop, charger, and required accessories.

GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES

Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.

All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.

Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.

Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.

All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.

Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.

Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.

Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.

Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.
