RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Each team must consist of a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 members.
  • Topics must be selected from the approved themes list.
  • Presentation time is limited to 5 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.
  • Plagiarized or copied content leads to disqualification.
  • Maximum 7 slides permitted in the presentation.

GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES

Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.

All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.

Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.

Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.

All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.

Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.

Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.

Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.

Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.
