CHALLENGE STAGES

STAGE 1

Stage 1 — Topic Submission

Quick registration and submission of the slide deck (.pptx or .pdf).

STAGE 2

Stage 2 — Slide Presentation

Deliver a 5 to 7 minute PowerPoint presentation covering the chosen topic.

STAGE 3

Stage 3 — Q&A Round

Answer 2 to 3 conceptual questions posed by the judging panel.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Teams can have 1 to 3 members.
  • Presentations must strictly adhere to the 7-minute limit; 2 to 3 minutes for Q&A.
  • PPTs must be brought on a pen drive in .pptx or .pdf format.

SCORING AND EVALUATION

  • Evaluated out of 100% on conceptual depth, clarity, and defense.

GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES

Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.

All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.

Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.

Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.

All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.

Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.

Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.

Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.

Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.
