Teams receive a product and create an entertaining advertisement using creativity, acting, comedy, storytelling, slogans, dialogues, props, or AI-assisted ideas.

CHALLENGE STAGES

STAGE 1

Stage 1 — Product Reveal

Receive the assigned product and brainstorm its unique selling proposition.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 — Create & Prepare

Script the storyline, dialogues, tagline, and comedic angles.

STAGE 3

Stage 3 — Advertise

Perform the advertisement live on stage before the judges.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Product will be provided by the organizers.
  • Limited preparation time will be given.
  • Acting, comedy, storytelling, dialogues, slogans, and props are allowed.
  • AI tools may be used for ideas, scripts, slogans, and voiceovers.
  • Advertisement must be related to the given product and respectful.
  • No assistance from other teams or outsiders.

GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES

Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.

All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.

Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.

Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.

All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.

Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.

Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.

Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.

Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.
