CHALLENGE STAGES
Stage 1 — Team Formation
One participant from each team is assigned as the Guide, and the remaining participants act as Builders in separate designated areas.
Stage 2 — Problem Distribution
The Guide receives the complete problem brief. Builders work on designated laptops without seeing the statement, and the Guide cannot see the code.
Stage 3 — Communication
The Guide explains the requirements to the Builders verbally. Builders may ask questions, but the Guide cannot write or inspect code directly.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Each team must consist of one Guide and multiple Builders.
- The Guide is the only team member allowed to view the complete problem statement.
- Builders must never be shown the original problem statement directly.
- The Guide must not see the Builders’ screen, code, or project at any point.
- The only permitted connection between the Guide and Builders is verbal communication.
- The team must understand and develop the solution entirely through effective communication.
SCORING AND EVALUATION
- Accuracy of implemented solution against original hidden problem statement.
- Effective communication and teamwork score.
