Bio Connect is a fun biomedical-themed team event that tests creativity, observation, knowledge, and quick thinking through three exciting challenges.

CHALLENGE STAGES

STAGE 1

Stage 1 — Med Sketch

Identify biomedical terms, organs, instruments, or concepts from sketches.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 — Bio Connect

Connect the given biological and biomedical clues to find the correct answer.

STAGE 3

Stage 3 — Hear and Heal

Listen to music and identify the related medical concept.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Teams must have 1 to 4 members.
  • Each stage must be completed within the given time.
  • Mobile phones and external assistance are not allowed.
  • Teams must give one final answer for each challenge.
  • Points are awarded for correct answers in each stage.
  • In case of a tie, a tie-breaker may be conducted.
  • The team with the highest total score will be declared the winner.

GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES

Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.

All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.

Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.

Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.

All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.

Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.

Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.

Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.

Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.
