Agri Canvas (Poster Making)

A creative on-the-spot poster-making competition where participants transform an agriculture-related theme into an attractive visual artwork, promoting awareness of agriculture and its importance.

CHALLENGE STAGES

STAGE 1

Stage 1 — Reveal

The theme for the artwork is announced on the spot by organizers.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 — Create

Participants draft and paint an original poster on chart/canvas within 90 minutes.

STAGE 3

Stage 3 — Showcase

Display the finished artwork and explain the message behind the visual creation.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to 2 members.
  • The artwork must be produced entirely during the event.
  • The theme is announced on the spot.
  • Participants must bring their own drawing and coloring supplies.
  • Use of mobile phones or internet references while drawing is prohibited.

SCORING AND EVALUATION

  • Creativity and Originality: 35%
  • Relevance to the Announced Theme: 30%
  • Visual Appeal and Technique: 20%
  • Concept Explanation: 15%

GENERAL SYMPOSIUM GUIDELINES

Essential instructions for all registered participants attending VIYUGAM 2K26. Please review carefully to ensure seamless participation.

All participants must bring their own valid college ID cards.

Participants must carry essential articles (pen drive, standees, poster, laptops, prototypes or models) for their respective events.

Participants must abide by the final decision given by the jury panel.

All participants must follow the rules and regulations; any kind of misbehaviour, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour will result in cancellation of participation and immediate disqualification.

Lunch and appetizers will be provided to all registered participants.

Participants must register before the event begins and report to the venue on time.

Event-specific equipment, software, time limits, and participation formats will be announced by coordinators before each round.

Participants are responsible for following the rules and instructions announced before each round.
